Do you work with people in all industries?

We specialize in helping people get roles in the tech industry and focus on customer facing or commercial roles, think Customer Success, Account Management, Sales and Marketing.

Do you work with people from all countries?

At the moment we can only support people located or looking for a new job in the USA and Europe.

How much time do I need to commit?

We do all the heavy lifting. You’ll need to be available for the initial 15-minute intro call and 60-minute strategy session. After that there will be quick check-ins along the way and then you'll need to be available for interview prep and interviews with the companies.

What if I'm not ready to leave my current job immediately?

We work with your timeline. We also work with lots of people that haven’t worked out what they want their next job to be yet. You should be looking to move from where you are within 6 months.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Your privacy is paramount. We use secure communication channels, never contact your current employer, and can work around your schedule to ensure complete discretion throughout the process.

How do you make money?

Unlike recruiters who make their money from companies and therefore are working for the company not you. We work for you, so we charge our fees to you. We believe in transparency and fairness, that’s in many ways why we built HUXSI. Our fee structure is:

One Time Start Fee: $/€750 to $/€1,500 depending on the role

Paid up front to kick off your job search. This covers strategic planning and immediate action. This amount is credited toward your final success fee.

One Time Success Fee: 3-5% of Your Annual Base Salary

Only payable if you land a role through us. Paid in 12 equal monthly installments starting 30 days after your new job begins.

There is absolutely no cost for the 15 minute intro call, where we’ll walk you through specific pricing for your situation.

Why wouldn’t I just speak to a recruiter?

Recruiters work for companies, that’s who pays their bills. Because of this, they are 100% focused on getting the best outcome for the company rather than you. Most recruiters will try and squeeze you into a role that they are working on for a company, or shop your resume around to companies in an attempt to get the company to pay their fees.

When you really think about it, it’s clear that this is not the best outcome for you. You want someone that is 100% focused on what is best for you and your goals. That’s all we do, work to get you a job you’ll love.
